Filemaker Server Advanced 11

Instant Web Publishing

I have a Supercontainer field that I want to upload photos to.  I am trying to make this available to different users that have access to the database via Instant web publishing.

They can access the database without issue through IWP.

When they view the Supercontainer field it is either grey or shows an error:

Server not found

          Firefox can't find the server at kendallbond-pc.

  Check the address for typing errors such as

    ww.example.com instead of

    www.example.com

  If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

    connection.

  If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

    that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

What doesn't make sense is I have changed the "kendall bond-pc' in the web address in the supercontainer webviewer and it works on my pc, but for some reason it appears my users trying to access continue to have the 'old' webaddress in their supercontainer file.  We have cleared their cache but I'm stuck on why thier field is seeing an old webaddress that has since been updated.

new address is - "//MYUSERNAME:MYPASSWORD@67.__.___.___:8020/SuperContainer/Files/doc_management/doc/" & Property_List::Prop_NAW_ID &"/7"

Please help
