Is there an easy way to use the plug in to track if a response was received to an email sent using the plugin?

 

I don't think so (not 100% sure) but why don't you use Get ( UUID ) and include this somewhere in your eMail, since the UUID is unique you can track responses (Probably an even simpler number/text combo will do).
