Arny Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 I have a database that keeps track of customer service requests. In this database I have three [3] checkbox fields. The 1st identifies the categories of 25 issues with the customer [i.e. Codec, Monitor, Network, Training, etc]. The 2nd identifies the 7 different actions used to resolve the issues [i.e. phone call, ship product, onsite visit, etc.], and the 3rd identifies the specific product family that is experiencing the issues [i.e. presentation system, audio system, video system, etyc]. My question is . . can I set up a FileMaker report that will automatically create provide subtotals based on the combinations that are set in the checkboxes? I don't really want to set up separate fields to accomplish this task, so if anyone can help it would be appreciated.
