scripts in Web Companion

Anybody know how to execute a script from Web Companion- I want to open a link from the database on the Web.

You do not have to do it through WC.

There is script step for URL.

When the cdml tag [FMP-Script] is used, Web Companion runs the script on the *server* computer. So if you ran a script that performed the "Open URL" step, then web companion will cause FMP on the *server* computer to launch the web browser. Not useful for the web user, kinda like a sight gag on radio.

Since the user is already on the web, just make a link appear on the web page and let the browser do the rest of the work.
