I have a GO file that has a date field. I noticed that when I select this field, the selector wheel shows up, but it takes a coffee break before it will enter the date when I have selected it.

 

FMgo 12 for the iPad

Creating a new record through the portal. 

Date Field is in the related record.

 

I have tried it with a drop down calendar (with the icon and without). and without calendar.

 

Is this normal?

No I noticed mine does the same thing along with some other irritating field entry problems different than the desktop.

My workaround was to use a button with the set field.

 

I also learned from a recent video by ISO Magazine that I should have used a Popup Menus instead of Drop Down list.
