Newbie - Assistance getting field data from one DB to another

I'm attempting to copy data from one Contacts DB to another.  The only issue is that there are major differences in the number of records between the two.  I've attempted to define a Lookup value for Address A (blank address field in current DB) with the correct Address B data.  For some reason this is not working.  I attempted to create a script but can't figure out a way to first search then compare the found set of Full Contact Name as the unique identifier.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm a bit in over my head here I believe.
