The option to have input fields on a custom dialog box display as popup menus with value lists, instead of just text boxes.   Eliminates having to create a new layout and associated scripts.

And the question is?

This is the "Wants & Wishes" forum. Wants and wishes sound better as statements not questions. :)

 

There are third-party plug-ins that will do what the OP wants. FMI seems to think that making a "modal" window type that can display user-defined layouts is an alternative to enhancing the existing custom dialog. I tend to agree, or at least think that it's a decent alternative so the engineers can work on other more pressing issues. :)
