Help! - need to average across fields _ how do I do this?

Hi All,

 

I have a series of records for my students. They have 12 assessments held in 12 different fields assessment 1, assessment 2 etc) I want to calculate the average result for each student - some students will have completed all 12 assessments while others will have only done some of the assessments. I want to be able to calculate the average result for the number of assessments completed. Each assessment is out of the same mark.

12 like fields indicates incorrect structure, sorry to bring bad news. It would be greate advantage to you if you could change it before you waste any more time. We would help you through it.

Are you still on version 10?
