I use a user table that stores additional information and flags for the users in conjunction with my AD/EA. However, if it just to manage the users of your system then AD with EA should be just fine.

Thanks John. Thinking about your answer, another dumb question: if i do not the user table, How it is possible to know who is using the record and create audit trail of the db?.

When using AD/EA, using Get ( AccountName ) will give you their login account name.
