Sort and PDF

Hello everyone,

 

I have two questions:

 

Can I sort each lay-out in a different way by default (I mean that when sb open the lay-out, it is sorted)?

 

And the second question, I can't open PDF with mac preview, I have to download and then open with mac preview. Can I solve it?
