DUNDON Posted October 16, 2001 Posted October 16, 2001 hey hey everybody I am currently working on creating a layout that will total several things onto one hcfa (health insurance claim form), currently i have done it by: a. person b. pick up date c. pick up time that would yield one form for each claim submitted. in addition i need to allow authorization numbers and billing codes to apply to specific hcfa's however i want to create a layout that would allow various claims to be submitted onto one hcfa form. can anyone start to point me in the right direction.
kenseye Posted October 20, 2001 Posted October 20, 2001 After creating your fields for the hcfa form, obtain or scan a copy of the form and paste in onto your layout. Then place your fields over teh image and delete the image when completed. This will give you the prinbt layout for your hcfa 1500 form. Exporting as an e-claim is an issue I am dealing with now. The charges section is actually a portal to an a claimsitems file similar to an invoiceitems file. Adding services and charges arre performed in the portal. It actually works pretty well.
