Error Java 1.5

I'm trying to try your demo plugin.

 

I'm my local machine works perfectly, but as soon I installed in the same FMP11, but in a server windows 2003 R2, I get this message: "..require Java 1.5 or later...".

 

I had in this machine: Java 7 update 25 & J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 update 10 too.

 

What we need from java here?

 

Any suggestion will be apreciate !!

Hi,

 

Do you have the latest version of our plugins? We released a fix for both Java 7 update 25 and the "Java 1.5 required" error you're seeing in the last round of updates on our website.

 

Also, do you have a 32-bit Java installed? It's possible on Windows that both the versions of Java you have are 64-bit, and our plugins require a 32-bit Java to run.
