Not sure if this is the proper section for this problem or not, but I am having a problem when in layout mode. Specifically, whenever I am in the layout mode and have any element selected, if I try to scroll the display it goes nuts (see attached screen shots). The only way to get out of this is to go back into browse mode, then return to layout mode and try again.

 

Has anyone else run into this?

Thanks, I downloaded that file and found a similar bug - it was not rated as a serious problem, and was noted as "Nuisance" -
