Where did 'Chart by msg..' right click come from? Get Rid of

Hi,

 

I have not used FM options to Chart   ..   but  have played with awhile ago?

 

Now.. ? when i right click field, a pull down is offered

 

   'Chart by Msg....'    and going into it,  i am presented with Empty Chart ?

 

How can I get rid of this.
