Reducing size is deleting part altogether!

Someone tell me I'm not crazy, please, I just upgraded to FM 12 and am frustrated with reducing a body and/or subsummary part. If I go too far (in reducing the size), it deletes the entire part! What? I have done this several times now (and of course, can't get the part back) and would like to know if anyone is having the same problem and/or if there is a solution.

 

Sometimes, I really want my part to be all the way up to the bottom of my fields and/or text, but don't feel like I can do this anymore. argh! thanks for any validation

You can ALWAYS get the part back.

 

If you choose "undo"; or "revert layout" before going back into browse mode.
