RE: the Rollover hand over a button, doesn't release..

Why is it, when my mouse rolls over a hot spot, button ( causes the hand to show)
 then if i move the mouse pointer off that hotspot,  (even roll it to the other side of the layout)

it doesn't release the rollover hand until a click

Seems like it should release the hand image when i am off the hot spot area
