Can I move fields I've created in one database to another database?

If I understand your question, the answer is: no.

You can save a copy or clone of the file and work from there. Otherwise you'll just have to recreate the fields.

Now, if you just need to display the data in the other file, you can do that with a Relationship. But you may already know that.
