Opening a splash screen

Featured Replies

Here's my open script

Set Field["Cal Date", "Status[CurrentDate]"]

Freeze Window

Toggle Status Area [Hide]

Go to Layout ["Splash"]

Pause/Resume Script ["0:00:05"]

Show All Records

Perform Script [sub-script, "Go to List Layout"]

Sorry if I sound like a broken record, but you may need a Freeze Window script step at the beginning of your Go to List Layout sub-script. It doesn't look like the script you posted resizes the window at all, just hides the status area.

I've tried about everything to stop the window resizing being visably noticable when opening our database. It opens a splash screen and then goes to a layout. The resizing looks cheesy. I've tried the Freeze Window script set...

Any ideas?

You know what's interesting...

I removed the open splash screen script completely and when the database opens it does the resizing stuff...
