Put a non-printing button in the header to go to record/request first. You can also put buttons to go to next, previous, last etc.

You could also scroll up, the way you would do for any document.

Why do I think there is more to your question than you're asking?

When I do a find all and I'm way down the page how do I get it to return to the top of the page?

Or you could script the find:

Enter Find Mode [Pause]

Perform Find

Go To Record/Request/Page [First]

Then link the script to a button (in the header).
