I need to run an e-mail script in FMP 5.5 every 7 days for four times and then stop.

The database is always open (on the web) collecting data.

Then it needs to e-mail those people 7 days after they sign up for the list, 14 days, 21 days, and finally 28 days then stop.

I just need a little help with the timing part. What can I use to trigger the e-mail script on those 7 day intervals, stopping after 4 repetitions?

I need to do this without a plug-in if I can.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Use an OS scripting utility like AppleScript or WinBatch to run the script.
