URL invisible from just one computer on network

I have just replaced my Apple Airport Extreme router for a new one with exactly the same configuration, however all of a sudden, one of the computers on my network can no longer see the URL of my Filemaker Server. So I can access my Filemaker server files from any computer anywhere, except for this one computer on my network.  And even from that one I can access them if I use the local URL (10.0.1.14) rather than the universal one.  It is invisible for both Filemaker client and IWP.  I have checked the firewall and the same ports are open all over my local network. Anyone have any ideas on what may be impeding this computer from seeing this URL?

Would you believe that I only had to restart the computer, which I had neglected to do, to resolve this issue?
