Something Strange with Tool Tip

Hi,

 

I use "Tool Tips" quite often, and I have a client where the tool tips were not working except for one.

 

As I investigated the tool tips that did work, which was only one, I notice that the "Tool Tip Image T" in Layout Mode was bigger than the "Tool Tip Image T's" that were NOT WORKING.  No matter what I did to change the size of the Tool Tip image "T" to no avail.  I even tried coping the text, then changing it to the text but the image "T" goes small all the time now on this file Very strange.

 

This is the only clue I've got to why the "Tool Tip" is NOT WORKING for my client.  Now the "Tool Tips" all work on my computer regardless of the "Tool Tip T's" image size.  I can not explain this.

 

Please see .pic.  I have no other clue as to why the Tool Tip does not work for my client other than the BIG "Tool Tip T" works when my client drag the pointer over the area and the SMALL "Tool Tip T" do not work when the client drags the pointer over the area.

 

All Tool Tips work on my computer Strange.

 

Any suggestion would be grateful.
