Getting Email Notifications on Comment Replies

I thought that I would get notifications via email from replies to posts, here in the forums.

 

I have an email address setup in my profile settings but I am not seeing any email notifications.

 

What am I missing?

It is a preference that you need to select in your Profile. Quick link to MY PROFILE.
