mac | pc More than one login instances from same IP address and same client device

I found a strange behavior with FileMaker 12 Server Adv. Since some days,  I notice there are more than one login instances from same IP address and same client device. But FM server supposed to restrict the access when a duplicate connection occurs.  

 

Can any one please help me why this issue is occurring.

These are most likely ghost connections.  They can be caused by dirty disconnects.  be sure you have updated server to the latest version.

I updated the server to the latest version for windows as my FM server is running in windows machine. Two days back I found some ghost connection for some clients. This is the first appearance since I updated the server. Because of this my system slows down which make me to restart the server. 

 

So Please let me how can I get rid of this issue? What are the reason behind this?
