Is it possible to bypass fields when entering data into an invoice?

Example:

If I enter 2 items on a line item database which has 9 line items to enter.

I want to jump to the field past the 9 line items if I enter nothing into the next line item.

(If quanty is empty, jump to Labor entry field).

I have to use the mouse or hit tab several times to accomplish this now.

I think I know what you are asking. To perform a script upon an event (exiting a field) you will need a plug-in such as Script Scheduler or Troi Activator. (see www.filemaker.com --> solutions --> plug-ins). -bd
