I need to create a report/spreadsheet where each record flows to the right on the page (Not sure how to explain this, sorry for confusion). I have reports with multiple records but it flows downward, like a table. We want to be able to compare certain fields of different records side by side. If have been able to explain this correctly, is this possible???

Yes, but it's not pretty. You will need to create a relationship for each column you wish to display, probably based upon a unique global field for each relationship, then point each column relationship to the appropriate record. Display the fields from the records are related field.

OR

Export the data to a spreadsheet program.
