The first (and only) time I opened that thread it took three minutes to download all the picts.

If you must show off, please create highly compressed GIFs of your screenshots. 166Kb for one screenshot is more than a little ridiculous.

I just took a screenshot of this screen (800x600, 24-bit), and it came to just over 200Kb. Running thru Photoshop and using the "Save for Web" feature, at 32 colors it looked great and took up only 27Kb.

We don't all have broadband yet, so please be considerate.

You're right, and I apologize. I didn't optimize it for the web, simply snapped the shot, cropped and saved as a GIF. Thanks for the tips.
