Hello,

I get a "Validation Failed" error that prevent any sync to even start. See attached screen shot.

What could be the matter here?

This error usually means that you didn't copy and paste the script steps. Be sure to click the button to copy the script steps, and then paste them into the empty 'MirrorSync' script. You should get a green checkmark next to the button after doing that step to show that it was successful.

I have a similar problem, but gets the Validation error in the step before that, see the image.

I use:

AdvancedServer 11 on mac with the two machine setup

Filemaker Pro Advanced 11

jna, just delete the MirrorSync items from your database and re-do the setup. You should be all set. If you continue to encounter this warning even after deleting the MirrorSync items from the database, please contact us as [email protected] to arrange a screen sharing support session.

I tried several times to re-do the process. I even tried to use another file on the server but with no luck. The 3 scripts an its folder get pasted in but there is something wrong with the setup-script. See the picture..

I will contact support next week as you sugested.

Thanks!
