What could be my fault? I am from germany.

Please take the following steps to report more information to us:
 
1) Please re-do the operation that is failing (this makes it much easier for us to find the problem, because it will be the last thing in the log)
 
2) Go to the MirrorSync launch page (http://yourServer/MirrorSync) and click the 'report a bug' link. This will send us your log file so that we can see the cause of the problem.
