FM 13 Adv Windows 7 Chart 'invisible'

This is what I see in my development copy (fmp12):

... and I see this in my runtime....  What is your take on this?  I am stumped....   (Notice the only object to shows is my 'insert' date and the print icon....)

Read the documentation: charts are not supported in runtime solutions.
