Trying to get my Browselist to show lines around all fields in all rows

Hello:

 

I'm sure this is a head knocker but I can't seem to get my fields in a browselist to have the field borders show up not only for the current record but for ALL records in the list.  You'll see in my screen shots that when I highlight a record the fields have border lines but I'd like to have all fields with border lines regardless of whether it's selected or not.  

 

In the 2nd screen shot you'll see that I do have a black 1 pt. line border for the field selected but when I go into browse mode it just doesn't show up.

 

What am I missing here?

Look at the options in the Layout Setup dialog.

Layout options -- It's always the last place you look.  LOL
