When using the staff module, if a staff member is already in the contact list do I still have to re-enter all that contacts personal data? It seems so.

 

 

 

Answer: The staff section is specifically designed for your internal staff...and contacts are for customers, or a similar use.  There is no cross connection between these two... in terms of moving data back and forth.

 

You can assign a staff to a contact.
