Will FileMaker 12 work with Yosemite

On a similar topic, does anyone know if Filemaker 12 will work with Yosemite? On the Filemaker site it says:

 

FileMaker 12 and earlier versions of FileMaker have not been tested or certified with OS X Yosemite (10.10).  These products were developed and released before OS X Yosemite became available. While these earlier versions may install and run on OS X Yosemite (10.10), you may encounter installation and stability issues for which there is no resolution.

 

I'm totally hesitant to upgrade my operating system as I had a terrible time with it the last time I did as so many of my applications wouldn't work properly. But at this point, Filemaker 12 is my only concern. Let me know if I'm asking this in the wrong place.

I wouldn't do it and expect FM 12 to work properly.
