Registration Issues

We have a License for more than one PC purchased. On 2 PCs (Windows 7) it works without troubles, on one PC there is a Message telling that the plugin was not connected to the registration servers (for about 30 days i think) so the plugin cannot be used. When we try to register the plugin it tells it cannot connect to the Registration Server.


The PC ist connected to the internet, we have no Firewall activated, we have disabled the AV....


The user ist is a normal AD-User


Any Idea?

What version of the Email plugin are you using? We've recently fixed some bugs with our license server which have made certain old versions no longer able to communicate with it. If you're not using version 2.11, please update to that version and see if that helps! Thanks!
