I'm looking to create a popup that determines the choices in another popup. Example:

At kbb.com, looking for car makes and models, if you choose Ford in the first popup, popup 2, to the right of popup 1, lists all Ford models. If you change popup 1 to Toyota, popup 2 becomes all Toyota models. Can anyone here please explain this process? Thank you in advance.
