Hello everyone,

I am using FileMaker Pro 13. I need to add Portal to show data from related table. Some fields which I wanna add to Portal are "Foreign keys" from that related table that are linked-related to third table.

Results I am getting in Portal from those fields are numbers, but I need data (text) from that third table that is related to that "Foreign key".

Is it possible to create portal that shows text related to that foreign key, and if it is, how to achieve that?

Add a portal to your layout. make sure their is a relationship on the relationship graph to the data you want to show in the portal, put the fields you want to show in the portal.

You should get the FilMaker Training series and work through it step by step. There are many beginner level things such as how to use a portal that youll need to master.

You should also edit your forum profile to show the current FM version your working with.
