We have one computer that is not opening a snapshot link correctly. It only happens when logged in as a Standard user and does not occur when we log in as an administrator. When we double click on the Snapshot Link (which is a link to a remote database), we get the window attached.

 

Any ideas?

The snapshot link is an XML file and that is what FM interprets it as in this case.  Likely the file-type association with the snapshot link extension got broken on that computer.  Probably the easiest way to fix this is to completely uninstall FM, reboot and install it again.

This particular Windows User is having lots of other problems with installing programs, so I'm going to chalk it up to out of my scope. Thanks for the feedback.
