From your screen shot it looks like you are using a version of Email 1 that is not the most up-to-date version available. We have made changes to our license server regarding the older plugins and it may be that an update to version 1.981 will solve your issue. Here is a direct download link. If you are still getting that error message after you update, please send an email to [email protected] with your IP address and a rundown of your issue. This will enter you into our support system so we can solve your issue from there.
