Hello all,

 

I need to save a report as a PDF and when I go to do so an extra blank page shows up. I've tried adjusting the size of the layout thinking that it was spilling over to another page but the extra page keeps showing up. I've attached an example.

Do you perform a Page Setup before Save as PDF?

 

Show Page Breaks and make sure that the body part is small enough to fit on one page. If you still have trouble, post a screen shot of the layout in Layout Mode with Page Breaks showing.

Thank you! I realized what I was doing wrong once I checked the page break. I appreciate your help.
