What is the field Active_project used for in FMSP?

 

I can't seem to find any direct use of the field initially. 

 

Also, How can I modify the TODO/Calendar system to for example, Cross polinate multiple users?

I already have a table called (Crewxstaff).. which has staff id and project id fields, I want to be able to Write just one Task and have it apply to apply to each person with the matching Project id. 

 

I currently have it recording each assignment with dates and times. How should I test a new assignment to only show Staff who are not assigned, and (active?)

( the same table also records people's future absences.)

 

Your going to needs to narrow down the display of related data based upon the logged in user.

I think i fixed this problem earlier but haven't looked it up, I will see if i have or not.
