Unable to resize error windows.

This is an error I am receiving when attempting to import some XML.

I can almost read the critical bit of information that would allow me to correct the invalid character: "at line 1, col..."

And, this error window cannot be resized for some reason. Is there a windows system log I look in to find the entirety of the error message?
