Can't access php files after FMS14 installation

I installed FMS 14 on my localhost system (Yosemite 10.10.3).  It works fine as a filemaker server.  When I call 127.0.0.1, the screen displays "FileMaker Database Server Website" with a logo.

When I try to access any of my files in the /WebServer/Documents/ directory in a browser, I see

The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the ">referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of ">that page about the error. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again. 

​What setting in the httpd.conf file needs to be changed?
