Mac OS 9.0 and runtime solution

Featured Replies

Hi there

A client contacted me yesterday. He told me that he was unable to access other databases except the main menu in a demo. He uses a G4 with Mac OS 9.0. The solution has been developed with FM Pro 5. I checked the solution and every thing is fine.

I got other clients using Mac OS 9.2. They have no problems with their solutions.

Any idea?

Is this related to the button problem in 5.5 that I posted some time ago? If your main menu has buttons to access other files, then it may be this.

See, message in this forum "5.5 file buttons don't work in run-time" and Joe's solution.

Thanks for your tips. I will create a runtime solution without changing the extension.
