Hi,

Referencing ticket #12788 we have received several reports of sync timing errors, where the overall time to sync seems to be out of the norm. It seems that it occurs while syncing image data. 

Hopefully the data in the log may help you to guide us on what the problem may be. Please see attached screen shots of the admin emails we have received when the syncs were aborted by users.
