Hello,

I am trying to migrate to a new server. I followed the documentation (showing to copy over the mirrorsync file from the old server) and have done that, but when I go to the mirrorsync client on the new installation and put in my licensing information, it says my license is only valid for one user, and there is already a user connected. 

 

Is there any other steps I need to take in order to get MirrorSync to recognize my license key?

It is recognizing your license key, but it is blocking you from installing the same license key on two servers simultaneously. You'll need to remove MirrorSync from the old computer - you can either run the uninstaller, or you can open up the C:\Program Files\360Works\360Admin.jar, select MirrorSync, and click 'remove'. Once you do that, the license key should work on the new server.
