"Send Email" attachment cause the email not to be sent

Good day all,

 

I am trying to email a PDF file using "Send Email" script step but there are two issues:

 

1-  What ever I put in "TO" field, it would be blank in my Outlook when I run the script. I used calculations, fields and even typing an email address with no success.

 

2- When I attached any file to the script step, either using variables or direct paths, it would not open the Outlook any more. When I remove the attachment, it will open Outlook but with the issue explained in no. 1 above.
