cannot download database

Hello,

I have just ressently migrate my FilEmaker SERVER to windows 2008 SRV. The installation was nice, i can access the admin-console, but i cant download my database, in flie menu this option is "grey" (not available)

Did someone already get this problem and can help me ?

ETAT = Normal means you cant do it. Close the file you want to download
