I am thinking to create a filemaker database that will contain CDML tips and tricks so people can easily find solutions on it and submit there solutions.

Do any of you want to help with it? do you think people will use it?

I forgot to say that when I host it I will host it on the same server as www.boomberg.org our own home-server (24/7)

And I want to make it just text + HTML no other stuff

I am thinking of the following fields:

- title

- cdml

- how_to

- notes

- accepted (when someone submit it it will first in the admin search results and when accepted is checked everyone can see it so people do not post strange things)

- example_url

- more_info_url

- submitter

- fm_version (people can select filemaker version that works with it for sure)

- category (search, search results, record detail, combo, other)

Other that I am working on it it does work oke with Mozilla and OmniWeb.

I just got a new URL for our little company (building intranets) so I put the frame page at:

so people "can" remember it

Can you guys help me filling the database? Off course it shouldn't be a day-job, just helping and if you would like to be an admin (change/check records) you can contact me at [email protected]. Admins also may send me some links for the link page.

I am not sure about the Filemaker References database but I think it is good to add those with some extra notes. I have only the dutch version of the filemaker pro references database so that is a problem but soon I will get Filemaker Pro 5.5 Unlimited English.

edit: is it fast enough?

Could someone send me the html export file from the english references database? I already found all the error codes.

Nice work. Easy to use layout. As it grows I can see how it could come in handy. you ought to see if the admin of this forum would put a link to it.
