converting old claris filmaker files to fm5pro -howto???

thanks for the offer ... the files (3 of them) are created in the first ever version (0)of claris filemaker for mac. now, i have filemaker 5pro for windows and i can't figure out how to open them. -

trying to open an old file from claris fm for mac in latest version fm5 for windows. The old macfiles hav no file-extension. I tried to name them *.fm but that didn't work. anyone?? thanx!!
