Please allow me to muddy the waters a little bit more...
I'm trying to use a conditional value list in a portal. In other words, I've got a portal row with nothing but related values in it and I'd like to have a subset of values pop up in the second field after I populate the first.
I've gotten it to work if I put a field into the portal from the primary database but it enters the same value in each row of the portal.
I've also tried to define a related value list in the related file and use it in the primary file with no luck.
If all of this confuses you, how do you think I feel? Any help would be appreciated.
